1. Introduction
Welcome to Ever&Love (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Ever&Love is a European online marketplace operated by the legal entity identified in official company records, invoices and mandatory customer communications, registered in Hungary, providing a digital platform for the sale of:
- Physical 3D printed goods
- Digital 3D models (STL files)
- Custom 3D printing services
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree — you must not use the Platform.
2. Marketplace Model
Ever&Love operates as an online intermediary platform.
We:
- Do not own listed products
- Do not manufacture products (unless explicitly stated)
- Do not automatically act as the seller of goods
- Do not take ownership of items
Sellers are independent third parties.
However, in certain future cases (e.g., fulfillment or print-on-demand services), Ever&Love may act as a direct seller. In such cases, this will be clearly indicated.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, users must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep credentials secure
- Be responsible for activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:
- Fraud
- Intellectual property violations
- Abuse of the platform
- Violation of EU laws
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers represent and warrant that:
- They have the legal right to sell the product
- The product does not infringe intellectual property
- They comply with VAT and tax obligations in their country
- Physical goods comply with EU safety regulations
- Digital goods do not contain malicious code
Sellers are fully responsible for:
- Shipping
- Delivery
- Returns (unless otherwise agreed)
- VAT on their sales
- Consumer law compliance
5. Digital Products (STL Files)
Digital goods are downloadable content.
By purchasing an STL file:
- Buyer receives a license, not ownership of copyright
- Resale of STL files is prohibited unless explicitly allowed
- Redistribution is prohibited
- After download begins, the right of withdrawal may not apply under EU digital content regulations
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and/or Stripe Connect.
Ever&Love:
- May collect payments on behalf of sellers
- May deduct a commission (currently 3%)
- May charge seller subscription or promotion fees
We do not store card details.
7. Commissions and Fees
Platform commission: 3% per sale (subject to change with notice).
Additional paid services may include:
- Subscription plans
- Promoted listings
- Advertising services
8. Consumer Rights (EU)
For physical goods:
- Buyers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law
- Seller is responsible for handling returns
For digital content:
- Withdrawal rights may be waived once download starts
9. Intellectual Property
Users may not:
- Sell copyrighted STL without permission
- Sell trademarked models
- Use brand names without authorization
We comply with takedown procedures.

10. Prohibited Items
The following are prohibited:
- Illegal weapons
- Counterfeit goods
- Copyright-infringing STL files
- Dangerous products not compliant with EU safety standards
- Adult or illegal content
11. Disputes
In case of dispute:
- Buyer must contact Seller first.
- If unresolved, Ever&Love may mediate.
- We reserve the right to suspend funds pending investigation.
- We are not automatically liable for seller misconduct.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for product defects
- We are not responsible for shipping delays
- We do not guarantee product quality
- We are not liable for indirect damages
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

14. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Chargebacks abuse
- Repeated IP violations
- False information
15. Future Fulfillment Services
Ever&Love may introduce:
- Warehousing
- Print-on-demand
- Direct logistics
- Acting as Merchant of Record
Additional terms will apply where relevant.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU legislation.
Disputes shall be resolved in Hungarian courts unless EU consumer law provides otherwise.
