Buyer FAQ

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, continue to checkout, enter shipping details and complete payment through the secure checkout flow.

Can I order custom prints?

Yes. Sellers can offer custom-print services. Product descriptions and seller profiles should explain what custom work they accept.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed through Stripe-powered checkout. Ever&Love does not store your full card details on its own servers.

Who handles shipping and returns?

Independent sellers handle fulfillment and returns unless a listing clearly states a platform-operated fulfillment model.

Seller FAQ

How do I become a seller?

Create an account, complete your seller profile and connect payouts where required. After that, you can start publishing products.

What can I sell?

You can list ready-made 3D-printed products, custom-print offers and other compliant physical marketplace items that you have the right to sell.

When do I get paid?

Seller payouts depend on the connected payment flow and order status. Keep your seller profile and payout setup complete to avoid delays.

What commission does the platform charge?

The current marketplace commission is 3% per sale unless a different commercial agreement applies.
